Oxide removal machine

Glorystar Laser’s GC-H model is an advanced fiber laser surface cleaning system designed for non-contact removal of rust, paint, coatings and contaminants from metal substrates without the use of chemicals or consumables. Laser cleaning technology preserves the texture and integrity of the base material, making it ideal for applications where precision and non-destructive cleaning of the substrate are critical.

The system provides high cleaning speed on surfaces up to approximately 300mm wide, ensuring significant work acceleration and cycle time reduction. The machine can be used either in portable/manual mode for precise spot cleaning in difficult locations or integrated into robotic/automated lines for continuous production process.

The laser operation allows for the cleaning of rust, paint, surface coatings, oils and oxides without the need for chemical solutions, sand or other mechanical means, making the process safe, environmentally friendly and with low operating costs. The ability to operate without consumables reduces operating costs and maintenance needs.

The machine design is lightweight and ergonomic, allowing flexible application on large surfaces or on-site work in industrial areas, while ensuring consistent performance even in demanding environments.

Main advantages

  • No contact with the substrate, no tearing or damage to the base material.
  • Removal of rust, paint and dirt without chemicals or consumables.
  • High cleaning speed by utilizing a concentrated laser energy pulse.
  • Flexible use in manual mode or integration into automation/robotics.
  • Environmental friendliness and reduced operating costs, due to the absence of chemicals and waste minimization.
