Company: BLM

Model: E-FLEX

Wire bending machine

The BLM GROUP E FLEX series is a fully electric, CNC wire bending machine, designed for professional and demanding applications with wires up to Ø10mm.

Main features

  • Single head machine with double turret that allows clockwise and anticlockwise bending.
  • Wire processing capacity up to Ø10mm (or ~Ø8mm for high strength materials) with R≈900N/mm².
  • Support for both fixed and variable radius bending, as well as a variety of bending technologies such as strike bending, edge bending, 3D bending.
  • Coil feeding, directly to the bending head — ensuring automated continuous operation.
  • Programming via VGP3D software, with 3D simulation, collision control and numerous features for high design flexibility.

Technology and productivity

E FLEX combines cutting-edge technology with productive design:

  • The mechanical system with double turret and integrated straightening system ensures high repeatability and accuracy from the first piece.
  • The all-electric operation reduces maintenance and energy consumption, while the use of advanced programming tools allows for rapid production and design changes.

Scope of Application

E FLEX is aimed at companies that need:

  • 3D wire bending, with complex geometries, variable radii and demanding designs.
  • High-speed production, large product mix and flows that require flexibility and precision.
  • Applications such as: furniture components, home/industrial construction, machine components, and where wire technology plays a key role.
