3-roll Angle Rolling Machine
DAVI’s MCP series consists of specialized solutions for bending metal sections (angle sections, beams, L, U, H shapes) with high precision and productivity. The series includes three-roller and double-clamping machines that allow the processing of angle sections with long lengths and bending requirements.
Main features
- The basic structure consists of three rolls with a fixed upper roll and two side rolls that move against the fixed upper roll, creating a bend in the cross-section.
- Planetary Guides technology on the side rolls allows for high bending force and small curvature diameter depending on the machine’s capacity.
- The machine can be configured with horizontal axes (for smaller cross-sections) or vertical axes (for large/heavy cross-sections) to simplify the management of the angular cross-section.
