Glory Star’s AHW model is a portable, air-cooled fiber laser welding solution designed for flexible and high-quality welding on metal materials without the need for external cooling equipment. Unlike water-cooled models, air cooling simplifies operation and maintenance, eliminating the need for a water tank and complex coolant circulation. This system is suitable for work in factories, small workshops or work sites with limited space.
The device supports both spot and continuous welding modes with adjustable laser power, allowing for fast and stable welding of thin and medium materials, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and copper. Power options are typically in the range of 1000 W to 2000 W, with flexible settings for optimal performance depending on the material thickness and workpiece shape.
The integrated air-cooled heat circulator (3D phase change cooling) ensures stable performance over a wide range of operating temperatures (approximately −10°C to 40°C), allowing continuous operation without overheating even in intense production cycles. The system features an ergonomic, compact housing and portable structure, reducing the overall weight and making the device easy to move and use in various points of production, without the need for external cooling equipment or complicated connections.
This particular unit is accompanied by an intuitive user interface (e.g. touch screen) and pre-configured parameter packages, which allow immediate start-up without extensive settings even by users with limited experience in laser welding.
