Handheld laser welding
Glory Star’s GW-H model is a portable, high-performance fiber laser welding solution in a compact integrated design, where the laser, control system, water cooling and power supply elements are integrated into one flexible unit. Water cooling allows for stable, continuous high-power operation without overheating, ensuring reliability in intense production cycles.
The device supports adjustable laser power in the range of 1000–3000 W, offering fast welding in one pass with excellent seam quality and minimal need for post-weld processing.
The handheld solution provides spot as well as continuous welding mode, with parameter adjustment for various materials, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and copper, making it suitable for a wider range of applications.
The ergonomic design and built-in features, such as automatic wire feeding, touch screen and protective safety measures, ensure ease of use and consistent results even for operators with limited experience.
