Metal surface grinding machine 

The DiscMaster2TD is a compact and versatile metal grinding and deburring machine, designed for applications where precision, uniformity and efficiency are paramount. Ideal for deburring, edge rounding, oxide removal and orbital finishing, the DiscMaster2TD offers full 360° edge processing via two rotating and oscillating discs, ensuring a uniform result on small and medium-sized workpieces. 

The machine features continuous processing as the workpieces pass through the conveyor belt, with constant tool wear and excellent finish uniformity. The compact design and limited number of discs make the DiscMaster2TD simple to use, easy to maintain and economical to operate, without sacrificing the quality of the final result.

Technology

The DiscMaster2TD uses a combination of rotating and oscillating discs to provide consistently high quality finishes, reducing distortion and ensuring precise edge rounding. The discs cover the entire width of the conveyor belt, allowing for uniform sanding on all sides and internal openings of the workpiece.

  • Deburring and rounding of small and medium-sized parts after laser, plasma or waterjet cutting.
  • Processing of 3D drilled or complex geometries with consistent quality.
  • Oxide removal and orbital finishing with high uniformity and minimal post-processing.
