Sheet metal punching and fiber laser working station

The S1 model is a fully integrated work center that combines punching, forming, manual/electric tapping, fiber laser cutting, and automatic cutting/separating of parts—all in a single machine. The goal is maximum production efficiency, waste reduction, and minimization of manual intervention in the production process.

Main advantages

  • The S1 integrates punching and laser cutting — offering the flexibility of a punching machine and the advantage of the precision and clean cut of laser technology. 
  • It features a Multi-Press Head with a capacity of up to ~59 tools simultaneously — tools are always available, with no in-cycle re-tooling — significantly reducing downtime. 
  • The sheet metal is handled by a two-carriage manipulator that can operate either simultaneously or alternately, depending on the size and weight of the sheet, offering greater machining range and reducing loading/moving downtime. 
  • The system is equipped with adaptable technologies: sheet centering, thermal expansion control of axes, automatic program adjustment based on the actual dimensions of the incoming material — all contributing to high quality and repeatability. 
  • Fiber laser cutting supports 2000 W or 3000 W power sources, enabling high cutting speeds and precision even on more complex shapes. 
  • For loading/unloading and automation, the S1 supports modular solutions such as store towers, multi-tray feeders, and component unloading systems (UC, TML, TM) — providing autonomy and communication capabilities with Industry 4.0 production systems.
