Industrial nesting software for cutting tubes and profiles
Bochu TubesT is a specialized 3D nesting software designed for optimized layout and processing of tube or profile parts in CNC laser cutting applications. It offers a complete cutting path management solution, starting from geometry design and modification, to automatic nesting and production report generation.
The software supports IGS/SAT file import, bulk data import via Excel, as well as rich drawing functions such as Smart Draw, adding holes, contour features and shape editing, allowing even users without advanced CAD experience to prepare production data.
TubesT nesting algorithms support automatic multi-part layout, including the use of material residues and automatic sorting of parts based on coordinates or selected surfaces, aiming to reduce waste and increase production efficiency.
The software also features an extended toolpath editing with features such as cutting compensation, joint edge handling, micro joints, cooling points, weld seam compensation and optimized start/end position, enhancing cutting quality and safety in a fully automated manner.
TubesT also supports customized nesting reports, including time estimates and detailed production data, facilitating production management and scheduling on the cutting line.
